He should be worried

China is giving the USA a lecture on economic policy:

This paragraph says it all:

China's premier said Friday he is worried about the safety of the enormous holdings of U.S. Treasuries and other debt and called on Washington to maintain a credible economic policy.

Credible economic policy? This statement comes from the leader of a country with a centrally planned economy. These are strange days indeed.
